Rare Black Panther Seen Alive in Kenya

The black panthers of Kenya are actually leopards with a condition called melanism. The condition is caused by mutations in the genes. If you look closely enough at these type of cats, you can still see their spots and patterns embedded in their dark fur. Jaguars of South America can also be born with this condition and are also known as black panthers.
